Thanks for the responses so far! I've got another angle to try.
I'd like to get a feeling for staffing patterns and workload of other
technical communications departments. Specifically, how many writers,
illustrators, word processors, and proofreaders/editors are in your
departments? Also, if there is anyone out there who tracks number of pages
produced/changed per month for your department, please share!
