This one is in French. It's by 17th Century poet Nicolas Boileau,
and is probably one of the most often-quoted French saying that deals
with writing. (Two bad, the accents won't probably show).
"Ce que l'on concoit bien s'enonce clairement et les mots pour le dire
viennent aisement."
Which (very, very) roughly translates into :
"You can write about it if you understand it, and if you understand
it, the words will come easily".
