Rachel,
I would buy everything in your survey, except I would have expected to find
"holding reviews" higher on the list of undereducated things. We don't
address that at all in my MA program (except in the context of collaborative
writing, which isn't the same). On the job I have found that reviews are
essential, and it would be nice to know something about them. I basically wing
it every time out.
Have any of you covered reviews in tech comm programs, either teaching or
taking?
