Kat,

Justification can be tough in tight money situations, however, the
networking possibilities were the biggest selling point for my boss. I
made some valuable contacts at last year's conference and will be
presenting a paper at this year`s conference.

New software ideas, process ideas, talks by leaders in the field - all
good reasons. Also, this is a small conference compared to EDUCOM or STC
conferences - you have a greater chance to participate. The Proceedings
help you cover material you would normally have to miss.
