Try a look at the Open Software Foundation OSF/Motif3 Style Guide (published by
Prentice Hall) and the Sun Microsystems, Inc./AT&T Open Look3 Graphical User
Interface Application Style Guidelines (published by Addison Wesley) for ideas.
