I received a cd-rom with US Atlas, World Atlas, and Toolworks Reference Library
programs. I had no trouble with the Atlas operation, but when I installed the
Reference Library program, all I got was garbage on the screen. I have a 486DX
33Mhz with 8 Meg of RAM and a 170 Meg hard drive. I have DOS 6.0 installed and
all the proper cd drivers. All other cd-rom disks work OK. I took the
questionable cd-rom to a friend and he installed it on his 386 machine. It
worked fine.

Has anyone out there in computerland had a similar problem, or can anyone
suggest a workable solution. I have searched the accompanying data package, but
cannot find an address or telephone number for technical support.
