Randy:

The STC office does not have an E-Mail adress.  However, the telephone
number is 703/522-4114 and the fax number is 703/522-2075.  If you have
your membership form or renewal form, fill it out, provide your credit card
information, sign it, and fax it to the Office.  STC accepts MasterCard and
VISA for membership and for Conference registration.  As to getting a fax
of the receipt, attach a note to your fax.
