My experience is that this, like your mileage, may vary.
Consult internal guides to determine if the bank employs the "conceit" of
insisting on capitalization. Some do. Some don't. Same goes for non-bank
companies. If there are no such procedures, check with their Marketing
people, as they may well have internal guidelines about how the company
name is represented.
