Hi,
Does anybody have an experience of creating such type of documentation for IT systems? Iâve thought SOP itâs a bit archaic for the rapidly evolving IT systems, but my customer wants to have user documentation exactly in this format. Iâm also looking for a standard structure and scope of this documentation. Any links to good examples in the web are highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Aleg
