SORRY FOR THE SPAM

Hi all... I'm sorry to hear my messages end up in SPAM. I'm scouring Facebook for an appropriate conspiracy theory as we speak. Absent such an explanation, I wonder... Do my messages not make it into the digest in a timely manner? 

Also, I notice that they all get processed in some way that messes with spaces and linebreaks. Is that just me? 

Any ideas about how to minimize the hassle?
