I strongly recommend AudioNote.

I've used it for years and it's one of my favorites:

* record audio while taking notes, drawings, photos
* take more notes and photos later when listening to recordings
* the tool syncs everything with timestamps.

Great for lectures/seminars etc. Very easy to use and runs on Mac and Windows. I think I paid $6 ten years ago. Worth it.
