I think they just pulled it down and didn't have the resources to do anything with it. I was stunned to find out that they had it down as long as they did.



They also searched my web site and tried to tell the judge that when they found I missed 3 changes out of 150+ page site, that I was acting in bad faith, and possibly criminal, and that was when the judge told them to pay the cost for me fixing my site. So they had the resources to pay for that, but not doing a change to their pages to just add the (tm) to their pages and their site was smaller. Maybe they couldn't figure out how to make it show up as superscript in HTML. LOL
