Re: Release note Q

In my situation, RelNotes describe "What's New" - new features and
enhancements, all the known issues, and the issues resolved in the release.

Our Compatibility statements are largely unchanged (browsers, operating
systems, etc.) and appear in a single paragraphs with links to supporting
information.

These are among the most widely read articles in our content.
