Happy new year, guys...

I'm looking for the perfect term..

When somebody is Onboarded into a department, they need to perform a number
of setups...modify email signature, setup access to ADP, be familiar with
things such as Outlook web access, badge rules, self service password site,
Citrix desktop access.

What is a catch-all term where if all these things were listed, what would
be the heading of the list?

Thanks
