On Reddit, they call them Expandos. I don't know how widely it's used outside of there, but I do see it used here for a similar concept:

ïdisclosure widgetï is a programming term tho: I wouldnït use, because the average person would have no idea what its referring to. Ie ïClick the disclosure widgetï would leave users lost; whereas ïclick the expand/collapse arrowï is pretty easy to figure out.
