Subject: Suggestions for review tools?
Hello,
For several years now, our tech writing group has used Acrobat's shared PDF review option to have other groups review our work. This started when we were creating PDF manuals, but now that our focus is mainly web-based help topics, we create PDF versions of the topics and send those out for review. However, some users (Mac users in particular) seem to have trouble using the Acrobat commenting tools, and in some cases, the PDF files don't give the best representation of the web help topic.
What other methods are you using to have your web topics reviewed? Are you satisfied with them? If you've used shared PDF reviews in the past, how does your current approach compare?
