I have but I agree with Others who mention SnagIt. Way better tool and cost is under $50.

Another nice thing about SnagIt is that it can create an entire palette by just grabbing a pixel of color from a web site, word page, or graphic.

And using presets, you can have a screenshot go immediately into Word or other outputs w/out going into the Snagit editor first. When I am documenting a new software tool, I can really jam, using the preset that drops my screenshots directly into Word. And you can set it up so they have a border automatically applied. Love the tool!
