I really like Adobe Shared Review for the reasons that David mentioned.
But it can be tricky to set up (whether one chooses to host the review
locally or to use Adobe's servers). And I've found that there are
not-uncommon hiccups where a reviewer can't see some other reviewer's
comments. And users often forget to actually publish their comments.
So you'd need to consider your organizations policies about security/IP
(which affects whether to host the review on a company server or on
Adobe's server), whether you're comfortable dealing with server
permissions (if hosting locally; it always seemed that a new reviewer
didn't have access, even to supposedly open network drives), and the
sophistication and willingness of your reviewers to learn/take the
required steps for publishing.
