Help Products like WalkMe

Does anyone have any experience or opinions about products like WalkMe or
Whatfix?

Our team is looking at different content delivery tools and I hear WalkMe
now has a plugin that a tech writing team can use to create help within
applications.
And if anyone has seen any good examples that would be most helpful.
