The type of expert judgments in which I am usually interested is a proof
that an operational system correctly functions in a specified "adverse"
situation. Thus the basic structure of the expert judgment document might
be:

1. Overview to system functionality at appropriate level.
2. Specification of the adverse / challenging situation.
2. Presentation of the expert judgment as "proof" of correct system
functioning even in the adverse / challenging situation.

Thanks.

Avraham
