I am working on a project to address "findability" on our doc content site.
NPS scores are a focus but to me it's more, has the company organized the
content so I can find what I need easily? I know when I look at NPS score
ratings, Apple and USAA rank high.

Can folks on the team share websites that they consider the "best" - sites
that impressed them? Ones on which they could easily find what they needed
and get on with their work/pleasure, etc.

All suggestions appreciated, either sites, articles, or blogs.

Thank you.

Bobbi
