Thank you. I didn't even bother to look, because I mostly loathe surveys. They are nearly always poorly designed, or intrusive, or obviously unusable, or even un-fillable-outable.

Sometimes I wonder how the people who foist surveys upon us suckers think they are going to use the information gathered. Other times I'm positive--they're going to throw away everything except the e-mail address.

"Un-fillable-outable" ?? Yes, that would be the ones that ask contradictory "required" questions, exempli gratia:
(1) Do you use the Fooble Product? [yes] [no]
(2) How often do you use the Fooble Product: [hourly] [daily] [monthly]
If you answer [no] to question (1) then to submit the survey you have to lie on question (2).

I won't mention anything about the phrase, "Every year, Adobe survey's the industry."

My thoughts exactly, with the addition of "you want ALL my personal contact
information, and company details, too? What, is this boldfaced marketing
lead gathering?" I know why Adobe wants the info. I also know why I'm not
filling out the survey.

Really, there's a seven page terms and conditions that I'm supposed to read before I take this survey?

That will take way more than ten minutes of my time.

NOPE.
