RE: SOLVED - blurry screen captures - Snagit for Mac (4.1.2)

Just to confuse things, Snagit 10 for Windows has a text capture mode.  It works on some visible text but not on all.  I've found it useful for capturing error message wordings to revise when the source is unavailable and the developers don't want to spend hours scrolling through their files to get it for me.
