In theory an excellent suggestion. But in my experience, dealing with the first level of Adobe "support/help" is nothing but a sure way to increase one's blood pressure by a lot of points. One waits forever, ends up with a barely intelligible person who keeps to their script no matter what the caller is trying to explain, and then you get disconnected and have to call again. But sometimes that's a good thing because the next person's answer is often totally different, and perhaps more desirable.
So by querying this list, I was explicitly hoping to avoid the h-e-double-matchsticks that is the Adobe "customer service" phone maze, and leverage someone else's hard-fought retrieval of Adobe's ever-changing policies.
But thanks :-),
