Hi Ian,

I haven't used it lately, but iirc, I created a group that all the SMEs and
myself belonged to and we each used a different color to create our
annotations. Because we were all in the same group, we could see each
other's. I think the free version allows for 4 users in a group. Then I
used the My Library feature to manage all the comments. It wasn't the best
for a review, but it was the best that I could find at the time.
