Yes. Frequently we get bugs reported in JIRA that include links to the
original customer ticket in ZenDesk (our problem ticket system) where the
problem ticket contains valuable information about the way the problem
appears to the user. It doesn't help when trying to figure out exactly what
was done to fix the issue, though.
