Thanks for the support, friends.

That said, please file this under "Much ado about nothing." I've explained
my innocent, but ill-founded gesture of goodwill toward my cohorts.

Be it known that I'm not a Scientologist, nor a reader of L. Ron Hubbard.
And I think that certain Hollywood stars who have, uh, cruised that route
are nutters.

And as we look toward November, I'd be happy to share a laugh (obit) from
the latest AARP bulletin offline.
