Hello All,
I am beginning a technical manual for a product that uses voice prompts to program. So, the user will enter the programming mode, push a button and hear two options. They push once or twice for the option choice.
Once selected a voice prompt verifies their choice and then moves onto the next programming prompt.

In writing out the voice prompt, what do you use to define that this is the voice prompt? You know, like italicizing the result of an action. Since this is a technical manual, I think I'd like to stay away from quote marks.

Thanks
Megan
