As Daniel said, your web designer can just edit the CSS in any text
editor. Flare uses a standards compliant CSS, the same stuff you can learn
in a W3 school (http://www.w3schools.com/css/) or the copy of CSS The
Missing Manual that you pick up from your favorite bookseller.

But chances are, if he's developing your Style Sheet for you, he's not
going to take advantage of all the MadCap specific styles that are
available to you. Which means he won't be taking full advantage of Flare's
