Site.com is, I believe, comparable to Desk.com, which the company switched
off of due to its limitations. They didn't realize that Knowledge had as
many limitations as it does, although they are different limitations.

One of the Knowledge limitations is the total inability to create dynamic
links, or cross-references. I would prefer not to sacrifice that in another
tool. I know unstructured Frame has problems with cross-references in HTML
- one basically needs to create the cross-ref for print/PDF and then a
Hypertext marker link to the URL. If I have to do the same thing in
Flare... I can ask the MadCap people about this. Thank you for the info.

Salesforce sort of allows a batch HTML upload, but it's so very limited.
One of the limitations is that articles can only contain a certain number
of characters. If the article contains more than that amount, the upload
for that article fails, without notifying you that it has done so. I think
I'm going to have to recommend that we either separate our Support Center
and Help Center, or that we not use Knowledge at all. I don't think
Support's going to like that though, given how much time they just spent
converting to Knowledge.
