Here's a note about dual authorization from a manual I just completed:
Note: Functions that change important settings usually require supervisor-level privileges. Dual Control Authorization may also be activated for these features. Dual Control requires that a second authorized person also enter their User ID and password before the requested function screen can be displayed. (If Dual Control Authorization is not enabled this dialog window will not appear.) After the second authorized person enters their own login User ID and password (and clicks OK) the appropriate function screen will open, so that the settings can be adjusted.
