I use PowerPoint with Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Engage, Quizmaker, Storyline 2, and Replay. I like the Articulate Suite because it gives me a lot of flexibility on how to present the information I want to get across.

Captivate can output a PDF file that can still look like PowerPoint if you want it to. It can also include Flash and good navigation options. Of course you can do a lot of fancy stuff with PowerPoint now, but Captivate makes creation of video easy. It is a good medium for eLearning.
