Hi Whirlers,
I was tasked with finding a documentation consultant who can review our deliverables, analyze them according to a set of criteria and submit a report with the findings. Did any of you go through such a process? Can you recommend a consultant? One of my first thoughts was contacting the STC and asking them for such a service or recommendation - I remember their quality contests with their lists of criteria (although in our case the list might be different). I'm not a member for many years now.
Any thoughts?
TIA
Erika
