I have calls in to the agency that I authorized to represent me as well as the company that's the master vendor in this case. I think you're right and that I should ask the offending agency to withdraw their submission of my resume... just hoping I can get that done and still be eligible for the assignment. Hope to hear back from the master vendor, if nothing else to file a complaint with them against the offending agency.

Best Regards,

Mike

Just as a matter of principle, I would tell the offending agency to withdraw their submission of my resume. Even at a higher rate, I wouldn't reward them for their behavior. Whether you would want to allow them to represent you in the future is another question. I wouldn't.

If you've worked for the client company in the past, you might want to contact someone there directly and let them know who is and is not authorized to submit you for contract assignments.
