Given the limited space in a PPT slide, I don't repeat higher-level
headings on every slide. If the slides are being viewed sequentially,
it's a waste of space.

If the presenter was going to skip around and repeating headings was
necessary, I'd make them as small as possible, like breadcrumbs,
ideally with links.
