I guess we hardly need mention the supposed documentation for the E-mail tab that says something as revealing as, "The E-mail tab invokes the E-mail subprocess." Or, "The Format SubTab allows selection of formatting options."

I'm reminded of my attempts a few years ago to use Photoshop or The Gimp. Faced with any particular problem the casual user is lost. He does not know what his problem is, let alone which of many buttons and tabs, or weights and hidden springs, he should use. (The casual user is treated somewhat better by SnagIt. Fewer options, if I remember correctly.)
