If you're talking about things like security alerts, I think a brief
statement of policies and procedures would be fine in the topic that
tells the user how to contact technical support. It might be helpful
to note that the support contact should be an email that's checked
every day, even if the usual person is on vacation.

If you don't have such a topic, then it probably doesn't belong in that doc.
