I would also call it low stress, with the notable exception of deadline weeks (when there are mountains of work to do and still only 24 hours per day).

Yeah, I'd call it low stress.
Well, except for those days when you've got three or four project managers coming to you with conflicting, overlapping deadlines on assignments that each are enough to fill your schedule.
(Or, worse, when that happens but it's one project manager coming to you with three or four assignments, and not quite understanding that there's only one of you but there's 150 hours of work to do this week...)
