That'll happen around the same time that systems efficiencies achieve 100%.

Obviously, it's trend, rather than a state of being. But consider whether
a company that isn't willing to invest the time, money and people
power required to develop a UI good enough to not need more than a minimal
amount of documentation is likely to invest the time, money and people
power required to develop the documentation to walk consumers through their
crappy UI...
