Re: Optimizing Word docs for import to Confluence

Confluence recognizes only the default Word heading style names, so
reformat as necessary.

If I had a lot of docs to import, I'd probably create a Confluence
page with examples of all the supported styles, export that to Word,
import it to another page, and make sure that everything comes in as
expected. Then I'd use that Word doc as a guide for reformatting the
legacy docs.
