Hi Kathleen

One thing to bear in mind about translating SVGs: at least up to a couple
of years ago, there wasn't a consistent way to treat a multi-line block of
text as a single item for translation purposes. SVG Tiny 1.2 had the
textArea <http://www.w3.org/TR/SVGTiny12/text.html#TextInAnArea> element
for this purpose, but most tools didn't support it. However, if each string
in your document is on a single line, this may not be a big problem for
you, especially as Chinese translations normally take less space than
English.

Joe
