Richard is correct about Outlook. Be aware that Thunderbird has the same
feature built in.

Feedly has an "Add Content" button on the home page (once you've
registered--free). You can paste the site or feed URL, or just type in the
title in the search window, and the site you want should appear in the list
of results.
