If you are talking about somebody else's product you should use the name exactly as the owners do - in full and with their capitalisation. If you want to use a shortened form then somewhere you should state that your short name refers to their fullname. In this case I would use Program.

That depends. If you're talking about the Glasgow 12-lead ECG Analysis
Program, just look at the literature online, which does capitalize (or
"capitalise") the word "Program."

Or is this some other program?
