I'm a consultant now with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, life
insurance and ADD insurance. It's through the company that recruited me -
I'm their employee. Seems like the best of both worlds. I'm only an
"employee" of the recruiting company for the duration of this project,
unless they get me another gig after this one.
