Thumb drive is most commonly used today. Memory stick is a bit
antiquated as the actual memory sticks were short-lived (yet another
attempt by Sony to create a proprietary data storage medium).

(I'm trying to make the document more readable). Should I use memory stick, thumb drive, or other phrase? and if so, what? I've heard those thingies referred to by a lot of terms.
