I have never known Frame to have a problem with this conversion. I did
recently open some Frame 9 files in Frame 11. They convert just as they
always have. I think you're safe.

You might generate MIFs of your Frame 7 files just in case the binaries
don't convert well. Frame 11 saves as MIF 7.0, so I can't imagine it would
choke on opening one.
