I can honestly say that I've NEVER heard anyone refer to it as
Server/Client before.
Microsoft Manual of Style says Client/Server.
Wikipedia says Client/Server even though I searched for "Server/Client."
When I searched for "Server/Client" on Amazon all the books that came
up had "Client/Server" in the title.
Tell him it's the industry standard. If that doesn't shut him up,
tell him you don't try to dictate coding conventions to him, so he
shouldn't be trying to dictate documentation standards to you.
