I am writing to the list to see if anyone has experience this RoboHelp web
help access issue when using IE 7 or 8.
*Users using IE 7&8 were unable to access the web help or the search
function and the error was this:*
Node is undefined.
whfhost.js
I searched the RH forums and discovered others had experienced this issue,
but most the issues discussed were with regard to a Chrome plugin.
Users CAN access and use the search function in the web help if they use
Firefox. I am wondering if there's a setting that needs to be changed for
IE or if we need to generate the web help using a specific setting.
Has anyone run into this issue?
Thank you.
Bobbi
