For several websites I don't use very often, my default method has become
NOT remembering the password. Every time I want to log in I just click on
the "forgot your password?" link to have a temporary password sent to my
email address, use that to get in and then repeat the process the next time
I want to use the site. If not for the fact that some sites require me to
enter an actual account number or call customer service to reset my
password, I think I would probably use this method a lot more and just have
to safeguard one email account.
