> Why not just add a banner to the page where you have to accept the NDA, saying that all docs are reproduced with permission from the owners? That way any reader knows the docs are legal even if you don't change anything on the docs themselves. No point in having to open and change all the documents if you don't have to. But if you do want to, I'd just change the footers to read "Reproduced by Permission."
Ah, I think Iâll combine the answers and add a watermark saying âReproduced and distributed with permissionâ. Most of the docs already have the âProprietary and Confidentialâ right in the doc header or footer, so it was that that I was concerned about â that it would give the wrong impression every time someone looked at it. And even worse, if they printed it. But by adding a watermark to the page, itâs really clear, and doesnât involve going back to the source to edit :-)
